Photone

IMG_7349I just tried out this great app called Photone.  It’s available for android and IOS.  I got it on my iPhone and I really enjoyed it.  You can use pictures you have already take or use your camera to take pics in the app.  Once you have a picture you can use the different settings (shown above) to customize your pictures.  They have monotone, protone, colortone, and effects.

The monotone section includes platinum, royal, contrast, hi-key, cold, sepia, cooper, cold tea, warm & soft, magenta, vignette, vig & warm, pro noise, and violet noise.  It is a great way to get some fun and simple designs to your pictures.  I love this for a more classic look.

The protone section includes bright, light warm, faded colors, accent, contrast, deep, cold contrast, pro balance, sun kiss, cold, amber, cappuchino, saturated, almandine, easy touch, softener, film, and soft grain.  These features are a great play with colors.  You can give your pictures a lot of texture and richness.

The colortone section includes tender, warming, hot, cold green, warm violet, blue burn, yellow green, cold violet, warm, pastel, vibrance, pinky, red green, acid, and spectro.  These feature color will type effects that turn your pictures into very interesting and modern pieces.

The effects section includes vintage, retro, old photo, grunge, sun rays, lens flare, rain, snow, money FX, wall paint, pencil, bokeh, H blur, V blur, and Irish.  These are really fun effects that give your photos a unique and fun design feature.

The app is really easy to use and only takes a few seconds.  Once you have applied the feature you like you can save the photo or send it straight to Facebook or Instagram from your phone!  It’s a great little app.

Purchase it on the app store.  http://photone-app.com/

I received this item complimentary or at a reduced price for my honest review. However, I only recommend products I truly love and use to my readers.
