pic1I have really been trying to live a healthier lifestyle so I have been trying to find some creative ways to incorporate some exercise into my lifestyle.  Now I hate to exercise, it’s just something I see as a chore that I have to do but I don’t enjoy it.  So I have been on the lookout for some fun ways to introduce healthy living and exercise into my daily routine.  This product HITT: the game by Stack 52 is a great way to make healthy living feel fun like a game.  This set comes with several decks of cards that can be used as a fitness game.   It’s really easy to set up an play. You make three columns of cards one with the interval cards and 2 with the exercise cards.  You flip over the interval card that says how many you do and for how long and then turn over the exercise cards that tell you what exercise you are doing.  It’s really fun!

You get the weight loss cards that have to do with healthy living activities, you also get the fitness deck and the expansion fitness pack that have exercise you can do, and you get the insane pack that is the hard stuff.  You can use these cards to make healthy living a fun game.  You can draw cards that have healthy living tips or exercises.  If it’s a good thing you get points, if it’s a bad thing you take points away.  The dice are really fun each one has different exercise on it, roll it with the number die and you just do what the exercise is the number of times on the die.  It’s a lot of fun, we play this as a family and we find it to be like a game night.  It’s fun to play it though and encourage each other.
