Smart Diabetes Coach

on April 12, 2015

pic1I have had some mobility issues from some joint, knee, and hip pain which I have had for some time now.  So putting on my shoes when my joint pain is flared up is really hard sometimes.  In fact a lot time I just try to shove my shoe on and hope that it works out.  This great shoe horn from Smart Diabetes Coach is a great tool to help when you can’t bend over to put your shoes on anymore (either from a health problem or maybe just an aging issue).  You simply insert the flat end into the back of your shoe and pull out as you slide your food into the shoe.  It keeps the form of the shoe and allows you to easily slide your foot into the shoe.  I use mine a lot and it does a great job of helping me get my shoes on when I’m having a lot of joint pain.  It’s made of stainless steel so it’s really sturdy and durable.  So you don’t have to worry about it bending or breaking.  I also love that it has a hole in the top, I put mine on a nail next to the shoe and coat wrack so it’s always where I need it. I use it all the time and love it!
